Manager and founder of NewZenMusic.org, Wim Lasoen (°Bruges 1972), studied orchestral percussion, marimba, chamber music and composition at the Royal Conservatories of Brussels, Antwerp and Gent (Belgium). In 2007 he became the founder and artistic director of the famous MUDA school of arts in Gent. As a conductor and multi-instrumentalist he has worked together with Isolde Lasoen, Johan Verminnen, Eric Melaerts, Eduard Bouadé, Daan Struyven, Paul Michiels, Ludwig Albert and many others.
